"I own a retail location with HVAC units installed in the ceiling. When we upgraded our units, we were dismayed to find the new units significantly louder than our previous units. It was so bad that our clients were startled by the new units. Our HVAC company was less than helpful which forced us to seek alternatives. I was fortunate to be referred to Keith and Sound Sisters! Keith was very responsive, understood our concerns and guided us through the process of installing the replacement units. Keith even met with the HVAC Technician to ensure the units would still be serviced properly. I believe the sounds decreased by 25 decibels!
